How I handle school questions.
I verify the zone for the exact address. Listings get this wrong more often than you'd think, and a street can split between two schools. Before you write an offer, I confirm with the district.
I give you the sources, not my ranking. Fair housing law is clear that agents shouldn't characterize neighborhoods or schools in ways that steer people. It's also just better practice: you know what your family needs. I'll make sure you have the official data and the district's contact, and I'll answer factual questions all day.
