If you are headed to Connecticut or to Las Vegas from any state, I handle that end myself: the search, the offer and the closing, under the brokerage licensed there. If you are moving between the two, one person runs both sides on one timeline. And if you are headed anywhere else, through Keller Williams, the largest real estate franchise in the world by agent count, I place you with a vetted agent in any U.S. market or in dozens of countries, brief them on what matters to you, and stay involved so nothing gets dropped. I take the handoff on this end when an agent elsewhere has a client headed to Connecticut or Nevada. Referral arrangements run through the brokerages, the way they should.

I hold the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification from the National Association of REALTORS®. Las Vegas is home to Nellis and Creech Air Force Bases; Connecticut is home to Naval Submarine Base New London. In both states I work with active-duty families, veterans and their spouses, and the agents and relocation companies who refer them.
