Buying
With Keller Williams VIP I work the whole valley, from Summerlin and the northwest to Henderson and the southeast, helping buyers find the right fit at the right number. Before anything is toured we talk about where you are and what has to be true for the move to work, then put it in writing: criteria, timeline, financing path and the people we will need.
Selling
Pricing and presenting with confidence: market review, preparation, the Seller’s Real Property Disclosure, professional media and a marketing launch. Once escrow opens, the buyer’s due diligence, the appraisal and every contingency date are tracked daily, so there are fewer surprises and clearer next steps.
Moving to Las Vegas or Henderson
Families arriving from out of state are a large part of my work, and I made the same move myself in April 2026. Remote showings, sight-unseen offers and a written plan built around your dates; if you are coming from Connecticut, I can handle the sale on that end too. I also hold the Military Relocation Professional certification and work with active-duty families, veterans and their spouses.
Renting
Not every client is buying or selling. If you need a home to rent anywhere in the valley, I run the search like a purchase: the application package ready before the first tour, the lease explained line by line, and your next move kept in view.
Commercial
Office, retail and small industrial across the Las Vegas valley, for tenants, landlords, sellers and owner-users, alongside the Keller Williams VIP commercial division when a deal calls for it. The same written plan and the same follow-through as a home.
Where I work. All of the Las Vegas valley: Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas, the southwest, Green Valley, Centennial Hills, every corner of it. For a move outside the valley, I refer you to a Keller Williams colleague I know and trust, and I stay involved so nothing gets dropped.
