Why Keller Williams
One brand in two states, and a reason for it.
I could have hung my Nevada license anywhere. I chose Keller Williams a second time because the things that matter to a client, the network, the training, the systems that keep a file clean, are the same in Las Vegas as they were in West Hartford.
What it means for you.
A referral network that actually reaches
Keller Williams is the largest real estate franchise in the world by agent count. When you're moving somewhere I'm not licensed, I can place you with a vetted KW agent there and stay involved, and I take the handoff when a KW agent elsewhere sends a client to Connecticut or Nevada.
Systems that keep your file straight
KW Command is the platform behind my database, my marketing and my transaction timeline. It's why nothing about your deal lives on a sticky note. I ran back offices before I sold homes; this is the tool I would have chosen.
Training that never stops
Keller Williams built its reputation on agent education. That shows up for you as an agent who knows the current contract, the current lending rules, and what changed last quarter.
Local offices, independently owned
Each market center is independently owned and operated. In Las Vegas that's Keller Williams VIP: a local broker, local accountability, one set of standards. (In Connecticut I work through Lewis Real Estate, an independent brokerage.)
Keller Williams publishes its own figures on agent count, offices and sales volume at kw.com. I don't repeat numbers here that I can't verify on a given day; the size claim above is Keller Williams's own, based on agent count.
Why I chose it twice.
In Connecticut I run operations for an independent brokerage, Lewis Real Estate, so I know what a firm has to build for itself: the files, the systems, the training, the marketing. Keller Williams arrives with most of that already built. My Keller Williams home is Las Vegas, and I chose it with both models in front of me.
When I relocated to Las Vegas, the question was whether to start over with a new brand or bring the same systems west. Keller Williams VIP meant my database, my training and my referral relationships came with me. For a client, that continuity is the whole point.
