Arriving on orders
Remote showings, sight-unseen offers when they make sense, and a written plan built around your report date. If the family lands before the household goods do, we plan for that too. Temporary housing, schools and commute are part of the first conversation, not an afterthought.
Selling on orders
Pricing and a listing plan that respect the calendar you were handed. Preparation, professional media and a launch timed to the market, with every contingency date tracked so the sale closes before you have to be gone, or with a clear plan if it cannot.
The VA home loan
Explained plainly: entitlement, the funding fee and when it is waived, what the appraisal looks for, and why some sellers hesitate and how we answer that. I work with lenders who close VA loans every week. Lending decisions are made by the lender and the VA, not by me.

Nevada
Las Vegas is home to Nellis and Creech Air Force Bases. I serve every corner of the valley, Summerlin to Henderson to North Las Vegas, through Keller Williams VIP.
Connecticut
Connecticut is home to Naval Submarine Base New London and the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. I work with Connecticut families through Lewis Real Estate.
